What Trovensa Plans keeps.
Plans is being designed to hold a research plan, its experimental protocols, the experiments run against them, including repeats, and the reports that interpret the results. Agents would prepare protocol and report drafts; scientists edit them and a named person approves with a decision signature. Approved analytical and design tools are invoked from the plan so their outputs stay attached.
Each capability below is a design target for Trovensa Plans.
Approve with a signature
Approving a protocol or report would require a decision signature: a fresh sign-in, a displayed statement and the meaning "approved" derived from the action. A signed record cannot be edited in place; a change creates a new version that names the one it supersedes.
Experiment records
Experiments, repeats and lab-notebook references linked to the protocol they follow.
Approved tools
A catalogue of approved analytical and design tools that can be invoked with the invocation recorded.
