How this site handles your details.
What this site collects
Each page view sends one small message to our own API with the page path, the host name of the referring site and a viewport class (narrow or wide). The API adds one to a daily counter for that combination and keeps nothing else: no cookies, no identifiers, no device fingerprint and no stored network address. The address is used once for a rate check in memory and is never written down.
There are no third-party scripts, tag managers, pixels or embedded widgets on this site, so no other party receives your visit.
What the contact form collects and why
The contact form asks for your name, work e-mail address, organisation, role, the stage you work in, a topic and a message. We store them in our own database and send them by e-mail to a named person at Trovensa, whose only use of them is to reply to you. The form also carries the time it was opened and an empty hidden field, both used to refuse automated submissions.
Retention
A salted hash of the network address that submitted the form is kept for 30 days for rate limiting and then deleted. Inquiry rows are kept for 24 months and then deleted by a scheduled job. Aggregate page counters carry no personal data and are kept as counts.
The words we use
Every product, connection and capability on this site carries one of five status words: available, preview, designed, planned, roadmap. Interface examples and example records are labelled "illustrative" and are not data from a built system. Screenshots carry the label "Console build, illustrative data".
